New school completed in August of 2016. The original contract was for $11,200,000 and to date there are 95 change orders totaling $1,031,216.71 This project involves excavation and landscap-ing, new pile foundation, structural steel framing, masonry, interior construction and interior and exterior finishing. There are also Portables installed on this project. This project met the con-tracted Substantial Completion and handover dates.
