Project Info
The new school completed in August of 2016. The original contract was for $11,300,000 and to date, there are 96 change orders totalling $1,322,990.88. This project involves excavation and landscaping, new pile foundation, structural steel framing, masonry, interior construction and interior and exterior finishing. There are also Portables installed on this project. Even though there were initial delays to the Project prior to the construction start for soil conditions not in the geotechnical report, this project met the contracted Substantial Completion and handover dates.
